Farmers Market at Salusbury Road Primary School London

Local to Tfpbc towers is a Farmers Market. We popped down the other Sunday to stock up on supplies to keep us going through the week, all the produce looked so yummy we just had to share it!

Of course we carried our goodies back to the studio in our personalized upcycled reusable shopper, available from our shop!

The Friendly Party Bag Co's Upcycling our upcycled products!

On a recent trip to see my best friend and gorgeous god children, I was dragged up stairs to see what their party bags and birthday bunting were now being used for!

The personalized party bags were used for all sorts of things from 'T' for Teddies bears sleeping bag to a 'C' bag full of crayons. The personalized upcycled bunting may sound expensive at £50 but once you have used it for the party you can reverse it and hung in you little ones bedroom!

Check out all of our upcycled items from OUR SHOP.

We love the Keep Calm and carry on app.

We are loving the new Keep Calm app, where you can make your own Keep Calm poster. I'm sure you have seen the Keep Calm and Carry On posters, cushions, mugs, magnets etc they have been around for a while, and different versions can now openly be found.

I love the simple graphics and strong message.

Keep Calm on Carry On was a poster designed in 1939 by the British Ministry of Information. It was intended to send a message to the citizens or Britain in time of war, to steel their resolve and boost their morale.

While similar poster were to be found all over the country during World War II, the Keep Calm and Carry On poster was never actually put into use.

However, it was rediscovered in 2000 at at second hand book shop in Alnwick, Northumberland, England called Barter Books. Since the copyright on works created by the British government expires after 50 years, the poster was now in the public domain.

You can now create you own quick and easy using the Keep Calm App. available from the Apple App store.

The Friendly Party Bags Co's Fancy Dress Costumes ideas!

As you know, here at Tfpbc we love a party and we secretly love a bit of fancy dress!

While having a little look on Pinterest we found some very cute and simple ideas for fancy dress. And what we love about them is that they can all be made from the recycling bin and from many upcycled items, not sure about the little cotton wool sheep, but she could be used after to make little lamb pictures!

What with an upcycled fancy dress party and upcycled party bags your looking at an eco upcycled party!
