A free weekend, when it was touch and go with what the weather was going to be doing, let us escape to Brighton, only 60mins from central London on the train.
Fresh sea air! I quick picnic shop and eight hours of sun on the beach with a few drinkies on the front. Bliss!
Good job we went yesterday, because would you believe it, its just started raining!

“…eight hours of sun on the beach with a few drinkies on the front. Bliss!” – That sounds enjoyable! Well, I can’t blame you. Relaxing and spending some time at the beach is worth every train ride! You just spread out a towel and lay on your back to enjoy the sun and the cool sea breeze. And in the afternoon, you can have a nice dip in the water. What a great way to unwind!
